I'm not able to import, what should i do next?

Most failed imports come down to the link, a limit, or the browser. Work through the checks for the way you import.

Importing from your dashboard

  1. Check the link. Paste a product page link (it contains /dp/ and a 10-character ASIN) or the ASIN alone. Search pages and store pages can't be imported.
  2. Check the marketplace. For ASINs, pick the marketplace the product is sold on.
  3. "Try again later" or "Slow down": loading through Zonify is limited to 40 products an hour and 200 a day. Install the Chrome extension to load products in your own browser without that limit.
  4. Product not available: Amazon shows no price for this product in your marketplace, or it's out of stock. Try another product.
  5. Basic plan limit: Basic allows 50 products. The dashboard shows how many you have used.

Importing with the Chrome extension

  1. Use Chrome on a computer. The extension doesn't run on phones or tablets.
  2. Update the extension. See How to update the Zonify Chrome extension.
  3. Sign in. Open your Zonify dashboard once, then reload the Amazon page.
  4. Allow cookies for app.zonifyapp.com. See How to enable cookies on Chrome.
  5. No Add button? Reload the Amazon page. Ad blockers and other extensions can hide it; try turning them off for Amazon.

Shopify limits

Shopify limits variants per product, and stores with more than 50,000 variants can add only 1,000 a day. See Shopify variant limits.
