How to setup your Amazon affiliate ID on Zonify
Your affiliate ID is how Amazon knows a sale came from your store. Save it in Zonify once, and every affiliate product links to Amazon with it.
Before you start, get your ID from Amazon Associates. Don't have one yet? Sign up for Amazon Associates.
- Open your Zonify dashboard and go to Settings > Affiliate.
- Turn on Send shoppers to Amazon.
- Choose your Amazon marketplace.
- Paste your Affiliate ID, for example
yourstore-20. - Optionally change the Button text. "View on Amazon" is the default.
The ID is saved for that marketplace. To use more marketplaces, switch the marketplace and paste its ID.
On Shopify, this page also shows whether the Zonify app embed is on in your theme. It must be on for the button to appear. See Show View on Amazon in your store.
During setup
If you chose Affiliate in the getting started checklist, the checklist asks for your marketplace and ID. Zonify warns you if the ID doesn't look like an Amazon tracking ID, and you can save it anyway.
